It’s always exciting when we launch websites with a humanitarian mission, and our recent website re-design & build for Imago Dei Fund was exactly that – a foundation for global justice, gender equality and a sustainable world for everyone. Based in Boston, Massachusetts, this initiative is motivated by their faith to support change both locally and globally through unrestricted, multi-year funding.

Engaging and varied content
The Imago Dei Fund focuses on very specific locations in need of support, which we illustrated with an interactive map to demonstrate their global presence. The illustrations across this whole website are bold and colourful, used regularly to liven up page layouts and offer more energy around the titles and striking paragraphs.
Accessibility at the core
One of Imago Dei Fund’s principles is to avoid unnecessary admin, to reduce complexity of an application process for nonprofits and make things as accessible as possible. In style of their values, their website is concise and easy to navigate. We used accordions to present information in bite-sized portions, offering the ability to expand and learn solely when required – as opposed to overwhelming visitors on arrival.
Since 2007, the Imago Dei Fund have been challenging unfair systems and promoting gender equality. A key part of this build was sharing their reflections and resources in easy-to-update collections and filter capabilities.

With such a vast quantity of beautiful imagery, and a powerful mission at the core, we’re proud to supported Imago Dei Fund’s new look. Take a look for yourself, or get in touch to discuss your own project.
