E.R.E Property are a group of global investment property experts with global reach. This highly sophisticated and intricate build required a full array of creative and technical features, making it an incredibly rewarding project to work on.
User-friendly editing interface & animated statistics
Across the site the brand seamlessly combines animation and variable layout design to present the group’s locations and investments. The statistics are animated to deliver dynamism and energy to the page; a theme that runs consistently down the page as the user scrolls.
These statistics are of course easy to edit by the client’s site editors with no need to adjust code.
We know how crucial it is to keep pages up to date, especially pages like E.R.E’s Property Investments – one that’s signposted many times across the site through captivating calls to action and striking visual signposts. We built a brilliant array of custom content blocks using ACF Flex Sections to allow for variety in structuring the content. ACF Flex Sections are very clean and intuitive to use, meaning site updates are simple and quick to make.
We built the Investment Properties block with a series of clever options allowing the editor to present the properties in a grid view, slider view or map view; just a single click in an easy to use dropdown menu and hey presto, the layout updates in the page without needing to re-upload any content.
Considered filters
We built categories and taxonomies for the investment properties, allowing visitors to easily filter to narrow down their search.
We are particularly proud of how the ’empty’ options in each filter dropdown list become greyed out and inactive when other filters are applied. Hats off to our technical team here because this isn’t easy to achieve!
CRM Integration
The site integrates with the client’s CRM via a number of carefully considered touch points, most of which are contact forms, achieving a streamlined enquiry pipeline which drasticaly helps the sales teams.
