We specialise in WordPress web development and we don’t work with any other web platforms. By committing to one platform we have achieved a deeper level of expertise. WordPress is the world’s most popular web platform and can be incredibly search engine friendly if configured and managed correctly.

The WordPress platform relies on ‘themes’ (kind of like templates), each offering different design, styles and features. Some pre-made themes are actually quite good whereas others are not so good. We create our own themes from scratch for our clients, because we know that no two clients are the same; each client has a very unique and specific set of requirements which will not fit into something which has been pre-defined.

We do not use frameworks such as Bootstrap and we do not use page builders such as Visual Composer. Whilst these have been designed to be helpful, every time we review an example in use we see numerous glaring issues, ranging from bloated code to broken features which all end up contributing towards poor performance of the website. The main culprit being pages taking too long to load, which we know leads to visitors leaving a website.
